Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to ask for a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for a return. These include perishable goods (like food or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty supplies). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
